Self Defense Modes of Behavior - Part II -Agressive
Shihan Michael Pace

This is part two of a three part Mini Video Lesson.

As a quick review there are three modes of behavior concerning self defense. First there is the passive role. This particular behavior show weakness. It gives the aggressor a green light to attack or least to continue his aggression.

Second, we have the agressive behavior or aggressive mode. Here (shown in this lesson) is where we fight fire with fire. Sometimes causing a situation that could possibly be de-fused into a physical confrontation.

Third is the assertive mode of behavior. This mode is what we should learn to adopt anytime there is confrontation. It shows strength but not aggression. It lets the would be attacker know that you are not easy prey. That you won't go down without a fight. That you won't be intimidated.

Please wait for video to load. This mini video lesson requires a high speed Internet connection. If the video does not load or starts and stops, your connection is operating too slow.
