Part II How to Defend Against a Rear Bear Hug - Arms Pinned 5. Driving your elbow back toward your attacker, deliver a straight rear elbow strike into his face.

  
6. Continuing to twist around (in this case clockwise) launch a palm heel strike to the face. Notice how I moved my left leg (to the left) to get my body squared away with my opponent.


  
7. Follow up with knee kicks and if need be elbows and palm strikes.
