Part II Defending Against a Front Choke
Shihan Michael Pace

Part II How to Defend Against a Front Choke 5. As soon as the hold is broken, step forward with one foot bringing the opposite hand back as shown, making a fist.

6. Drive a hammer fist down on the nose. If the strike is accurate there is a good chance the nose will break. If not it will at least be painful and tear the eyes. Then immediately follow up with more frontal techniques if necessary.

7. In this case I am using an elbow strike to the jaw.

8. Knee kicks are always a great follow up techniques from a frontal attack.
