How to Defend Against a Mounted Opponent - Punching
- In this attack you are on the ground with your opponent on top, attempting to rain punches on your face. Immediately bring both hands up along side your face as you raise your torso as high as possible.
- Block the strikes on the inside of his forearms.
- The object is to trap either one or both arms as illustrated.
- In this illustration, I have his right arm trapped with my left arm.
