Part II Defending Against a Rear Choke (Continued) 5. Now drive your hand and arm forward, releasing the hold and setting up your next strike.

  
6. While continuing to look back at your attacker, shift your body weight back and deliver a rear elbow strike to the face or jaw.


  
7. Twist your body around slightly (to the right in this case) strike with a palm strike to the face.

  
8. Grabbing around his neck or shoulders, pull in and deliver a series of knee kicks to the groin. Continue to follow up if necessary in the same manner we have with other defenses.
