Part II Defending Against a Club Attack - Inside Horizontal Attack
Shihan Michael Pace

Part II Defending Against a Club Attack - Inside Horizontal Attack This is a continuation of a previous Visual Tutorial Part I on defending against a horizontal club attack when you are on the inside. 5. Drive in with a series of knee kicks until you feel your attacker can no longer resist.

6. Then, while maintaining control of the wrist (in this case with my left hand) remove the weapon from his hand and get to safety.

7. Notice how I stepped back with my right leg as I twist the weapon from his hand, all the while controlling his wrist with my other (right) hand.

8. I now have the weapon and am in control of the situation.
