Defending yourself against the rear strangle, complicated by a hammer lock - Part II.
7. Once you free up the hammerlock and have driven an elbow into your attackers solar plexus or ribs, follow up with a hammerfist or a slap to the groin.
8. Next, again following the same angle, backfist strike to the face.
9. With the right hand (obscured in this photo). Using the other hand (right in this case) drive a horizontal elbow strike into the ribs.
10. Lifting up on the elbow and down on the wrist and turning your head (away from the crook of his arm), step back (left foot in this case) and slip out of his hold.
11. Step back and straighten his arm.
12. Strike at the back of the elbow joint of the straightened arm with a full body forearm strike.
